Please Note: **This is not a Full Body Relaxing Massage. ** Targeted area Only. **This Is Not a Relaxing Session. If you want a Deep tissue massage in a Relaxing form, Please chose the 90 or 120 Minute Sessions. **Your body needs hydration before & after and you may feel muscle soreness a few days after this session.
Cancellation Policy
At DayansBalance®, appointments are intentionally reserved to provide a calm, uninterrupted experience. Individual Massage Sessions A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an individual session. Appointments canceled with less than 72 hours notice, missed appointments, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Appointments booked within the 72-hour window are non-refundable. Packages Package purchases may be refunded within seven (7) days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used. After this period, packages are non-refundable. Unused sessions do not carry over beyond the package expiration date. Monthly Memberships Monthly memberships require a three-month minimum commitment. Membership fees are non-refundable during this period. One unused session may roll over to the following month; additional unused sessions will be forfeited. A written email is required to cancel a membership after the minimum commitment has been met.
